Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the account, streaming, and creator services operated by IEST Multimedia Corporation ("IEST," "we," "us," or "our") at iesoundtrack.stream, including BeatGeo, VocalGeo, and connected DJGeo and 4Kreators features that link to these terms. Separate event, purchase, distribution, or contributor agreements apply where provided.

1. Accounts and eligibility

Our services are not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms with you. Age-restricted areas may have additional requirements.

Provide accurate registration information, use a username you have the right to use, and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Notify IEST of suspected unauthorized access. Saving songs and accessing member collaboration require a signed-in account with a verified email address. Registration does not guarantee access to paid, restricted, or future features.

2. Creator tools and availability

BeatGeo, VocalGeo, and DJGeo support the creation, recording, and use of audio through the features currently available in each tool. Some projects and recordings are stored on your device; others are uploaded when you choose to save them to your account. Keep your own backups. Browser storage can be lost when you clear site data or change devices. File, duration, storage, and membership limits may apply.

Collaboration currently allows authorized members to access a shared project and contribute separate versions. It does not promise simultaneous live editing. Choosing a destination such as radio, a showcase, or distribution does not by itself publish your work, guarantee acceptance, or create a distribution agreement.

3. Your content and permission to operate the service

You retain the rights you hold in your recordings, compositions, lyrics, images, and other submissions. Uploading content does not transfer ownership to IEST. You grant IEST a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transcode, and transmit your content as needed to provide the service and the sharing or publication you authorize. This permission includes use by service providers acting for IEST and access by collaborators you authorize. It does not grant IEST a general right to sell your private songs or use them in unrelated advertising.

When you intentionally publish content, you authorize its display and playback through that feature. Separate permission or terms may be needed for promotional campaigns, commercial distribution, or other uses. The operational license ends when the relevant content is removed from our active service, except as needed for backups, legal obligations, dispute handling, or authorized shared versions that remain on the service.

4. Collaboration, credits, and ownership

Project owners can add registered collaborators by email and remove their access. Authorized collaborators can access project audio and contribute versions. Share only with people you trust: removing access cannot retrieve copies already downloaded. A private profile setting does not remove a collaborator's existing access to a song.

Before sharing or releasing a collaboration, agree directly on credits, songwriting and recording ownership, royalties, permitted edits, and release approval. A project role, credit field, or upload does not determine copyright ownership, create an automatic revenue split, or authorize commercial release of someone else's contribution. IEST does not promise compensation, placement, royalties, or employment simply because you create or submit content.

Use accurate credits and respect collaborators' rights. Some versions cannot be deleted through the normal controls while other contributions depend on them; contact us for help with a disputed or sensitive shared project.

5. Samples and third-party rights

You must have the rights or permission needed for the material you upload, record, share, or publish, including beats, samples, music, performances, and likenesses. Availability of a track or sample in a tool is not a blanket license for commercial release. Follow any license or restrictions supplied with that material, and obtain clarification before releasing work when permission is unclear. Do not redistribute sample libraries or third-party recordings without authorization.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful or infringing material; impersonate others; harass or threaten people; disclose private information without authority; upload malware; bypass access controls or usage limits; or interfere with the service. Do not use another person's account or credentials without authorization. IEST may restrict content or accounts to address violations, security issues, or legal obligations.

7. Copyright concerns

Report suspected infringement using the contact information below. Identify the work you own, the specific content and its location, your contact details, and why you believe the use is unauthorized. IEST may remove or restrict reported material and may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Submitting a report does not establish ownership or guarantee removal; applicable notice and response procedures still apply.

8. Fees and third-party services

Any paid plan or purchase is subject to the price, billing, cancellation, and refund terms presented for that transaction and applicable law. These terms do not create a new charge. External websites, embedded players, payment services, and social sign-in providers have their own terms and privacy policies.

9. IEST materials

IEST branding, mascots, interface designs, and other IEST-owned materials remain the property of IEST or its licensors. Creator and third-party content remains subject to its respective ownership and licenses. Using the service does not grant a right to represent IEST or use its branding outside authorized uses.

10. Service limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, accuracy, or preservation of every recording. To the extent permitted by law, IEST is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Privacy, account closure, and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Account closure and content removal are subject to shared-project dependencies, legal requirements, and backup retention described there.

We will post revisions with an updated date. For material changes affecting existing members' rights or data use, we will provide appropriate additional notice and seek consent where required. Changes do not retroactively transfer ownership of your content or authorize a previously unauthorized use.
